The standard turnaround time is 1-2 weeks after purchase, although it can occasionally take 2-3 weeks (mostly during the spring/summer wedding & graduation season and the Christmas season). I strive to have the quickest turnaround time possible and am always happy to rush orders when needed. Please feel free to message me with any questions on timing and I will get back to you as soon as possible! Rush orders are available for an additional charge - in the drop down menu for shipping options, choose the expedited option that best fits your needs. Delivery dates are not guaranteed because the shipping carriers do not offer that, but items will ship in the stated timeframe on my end.

Tracking information is provided for all orders within the US. If your item is not received when expected, please notify me within 3 business days. If you do not receive your package (i.e. such as an incorrect address in PayPal) and USPS shows the package was delivered, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-ship your item, including any expedited charges to have it there in time. Returns on items shipped with "free shipping" will be subject to a re-stocking fee equal to the cost of the original shipping purchased for the package.

Due to the personalized nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Because every item is custom-made, I only allow refunds based on errors that are my fault. In order to avoid any errors, please include specifics in your order and I will confirm any questions regarding details with you prior to beginning your order! In the event that the item is compromised in transit, please provide a photo of the damage and a replacement will be sent right away. Any issues must be brought to my attention within 5 business days of delivery.

I try to get my hangers done as quickly as possible and normally ship within 1-2 weeks of purchase. However, during the busy spring/summer wedding season, the turnaround time is usually 2-3 weeks. Standard shipping time in the US is usually 3-5 business days, international orders are longer. If you need yours sooner, please let me know and we will work something out!

Yes! There are notches on both sides to keep straps/dress-loops from sliding off. The weight of the garment should only be on the wooden part of the hanger, as the wire is bendable and must be handled delicately. The wire can be easily bent back into shape if an accident does happen though!

The maximum number of letters/spaces is about 18-20. If you do have a long name/phrase just let me know and I will do my best to make it work and if I don't feel it will come out well, make suggestions for alternatives.
